the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable rates that made my stay very affordable. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive - from the clean and well-stocked rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect! Situated in a quiet street, it was easy to explore the city and visit all the key attractions.

In all honesty, I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement at this hotel. Everything was just perfect!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were super comfy, and we had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect too, with lots of shops nearby and a short walk to some of the main sights. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, with lots of tasty options to choose from. One of my favorite things was the complimentary tea and coffee in the room - such a nice touch!

The staff were really good too exceed my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was met with a warm welcome and friendly assistance. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a wide variety of options, surpassing any breakfast I had during my entire trip. The hotel also went out of their way to help me with unexpected travel complications, ensuring I made it to my flight on time. my experience at Level was really good and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osh.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osh. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience very pleasant. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city easily, with major attractions within easy reach. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were great, including a lovely view outside from the rooms on the ground floor. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options.

The only small improvement I would suggest is to have better soundproofing in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a fascinating museum carved into the hill, providing a unique cultural experience. There is also a good place nearby to grab a quick snack. the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with all basic amenities provided, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is decent but not exceptional.

The noise level makes it difficult to sleep peacefully throughout the night, taking away from the overall experience.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the Solomon's mountain and also right next to the museum carved into the hill. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and I especially enjoyed the pumpkin samsa from the nearby snack shop. The room was clean and well-equipped with a large shower and fast Wi-Fi.

Our romantic escape couldn't have been better! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with all the essentials including an electric kettle and tea and coffee. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains and just a short walk from local markets and shops. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and appreciated the strong WiFi signal throughout the hotel.

We did experience some noise from outside during the night, but we understand that this could be typical for a busy city like Osh. The only other issue was that the hot water in the shower would not last as long as we would have liked, which made for a slightly uncomfortable experience.
